I was born in 1944 in Fort Worth, Texas and I live in Bedford, Texas with my wife Emilie, two dogs, two cats, and two birds. I served in the United States Air Force for six years from 1962 to 1968 and after my discharge I spent the next twelve years in sales and finance before starting my own business creating art. I am a self-taught artist creating art in many different mediums, including jewelry, metal sculpture, home decor, rustic furniture, and canvas art for nearly forty years. I have sold my art through over two hundred retail stores and galleries throughout Texas and the Southwest. Some of the retail stores who have carried my creations for many years include Western Heritage, high end western and rustic furniture and art in Weatherford,Texas, The Design Center, upscale furniture and art in Weatherford, Texas, Runyon's Fine Furniture, high-end furniture and art in Roanoke, Texas, Into The West, Keller Texas, Rawhide Rustic, Granbury Texas and Cleburne,Texas, Auer Haus, Fredericksburg, Texas, Rustic Star, Fredericksburg,Texas, Pottery Ranch, Marble Falls,Texas and Coming Home in Lampassas,Texas just to name a few. Over two hundred stores including galleries, furniture stores and gift shops have carried my creations at one time or another. I have always created one of a kind and have never mass produced any of my art.
